Working with a customer orientated, collaborative and fast paced team, you will ensure a high quality and efficient service is provided at all times. You will also be involved in the risk assessments of business types and individuals.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with administering the incorporations and registration of entities

  • Accurately posting and updating information for registered entities 

  • Answering queries by telephone, email and customer portal 

  • Performing negative news searches and WorldChecks and recording results  

  • Escalating identified risks, as required

Experience and skills required:

  • Confident communication skills 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative  

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
