Responsibilities will include:
Sending out invoices and settling payments
Recording all communications with clients
Facilitating bill negotiations
Ensuring new clients are accurately set up
Providing Partner level reporting and performance reports
Experience and skills required:
Previous accounting and/or administrative experience within a medium-sized firm
Experience in a credit control environment would be an advantage
Hold a relevant professional accounting qualification or educated to at least degree level
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate meetings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
