Responsibilities will include:

  • Sending out invoices and settling payments 

  • Recording all communications with clients 

  • Facilitating bill negotiations 

  • Ensuring new clients are accurately set up 

  • Providing Partner level reporting and performance reports

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous accounting and/or administrative experience within a medium-sized firm

  • Experience in a credit control environment would be an advantage 

  • Hold a relevant professional accounting qualification or educated to at least degree level 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate meetings

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
