You will assist with the day to day administration of a busy HR office, with a focus on providing an efficient new joiner onboarding experience for the business and to new starters.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing offer documentation, including contracts and visa applications

  • Arranging for pre-screening to be carried out and adding new joiners to the HR database

  • Conducting inductions for new starters 

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including communicating with candidates and arranging interviews 

  • Updating vacancies on social media and the website  

  • Liaising with bursary students to organise placements 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative support, would be an advantage 

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality  

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
