In this customer facing role, you will actively contribute towards the efficient day to day running of the business, manage the company diary, support sales campaigns and assist with social media campaigns.

Responsibilities will include:
Booking appointments and maintaining calendars
Greeting guests
Answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as required
Ordering stationary and maintaining a clear reception area
Experience and skills required:
Confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous sales experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
