Play a key role in the growing real estate funds department of an independent, forward-thinking business where you will lead a team of Administrators to deliver a comprehensive first-class administrative service to complex and high net worth clients.

Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the administration of a portfolio of complex and high profile clients
Acting as a ‘B’ Authorised Signatory
Managing the workflow of the team
Attending executive board meetings
Performing high level reviews of client accounts/financial statements
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 8 years’ relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA, STEP, ACCA or equivalent)
Excellent leadership, motivation and delegation skills
Strong commitment to client service excellence and proactive approach to tasks
A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements
