An exciting career opportunity for an experienced Property Manager, to join a reputable company and directly manage an assigned portfolio of commercial and residential housing properties.

Working within a team of knowledgeable industry professionals, you will ensure an excellent service is provided to clients and other occupiers of the managed properties. You may also have the opportunity to prepare projects for assigned properties to suit client needs.

From time to time, you may required to be “on call” for any emergency calls outside of normal office hours, however this will be part of a rota system with several other property managers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with take on procedures for a new client company, including setting up files on systems and accurately maintaining information

  • Undertaking routing property inspections and overseeing repairs and maintenance

  • Reviewing and authorising invoices for payments 

  • Assisting with the preparation of annual expenditure budgets 

  • Dealing with enquiries from clients and tenants 

Experience and skills required:

  • A property management qualification will be an advantage 

  • Previous experience managing and administering the co-ownership of companies and associations 

  • Good understanding of risk management, especially in relation to properties

  • An awareness of the regulations regarding Health & Safety policies and procedures 

  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
