Responsibilities will include:
Acting as a main point of contact and providing advice to clients on the technical aspects of a wide range of property matters, including commercial property transactions and real estate finance
Ensuring a quality service is provided to clients at all times and reacting quickly to changes in requirements
Preparing case analyses and effectively negotiating fees
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, delegating work and monitoring progression
Actively contributing to business development and promoting the firm’s public image
Experience and skills required:
Qualified Solicitor
Minimum 3 years’ experience in property law, ideally with commercial property experience
Excellent drafting skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
