Joining the property team, you will provide a timely and accurate administrative and secretarial support to the Partners, fee earners and other colleagues in the department.
Responsibilities will include:
Updating diaries and notifying Partners of upcoming meetings
Preparing court bundles and paperwork for meetings
Processing and sending terms of business letters to clients
Holding initial appointments with clients to take due diligence
Updating and emailing court lists
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within the legal sector
Knowledge of legal language, process and practice
Good level of literacy and numeracy
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Confident telephone manner
