A unique opportunity for a proactive individual with an interest in property management, to join a specialist practice and manage a portfolio of properties.
As Account Manager, you will provide accurate administration support and ensure your portfolio is managed efficiently. You will also record and review service charge accounts for the managed properties, performing reconciliations and ensure the correct service/utility charges are recorded.
Responsibilities will include:
Setting up new client bank accounts and accurately recording client tax positions
Ensuring all landlord/tenant contracts are in place and all lease and service charge information is updated
Assisting with day to day property management issues and invoicing
Preparing and issuing rent demands, service charge contributions and annual service charge budgets
Calculating utility recharges and performing account and service charge reconciliations
Experience and skills required:
Knowledge and understanding of commercial property management and service charge demands and budgets
General understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation
Excellent customer service skills
High level or accuracy and attention to detail
