Assisting with the management of projects, you will take ownership and responsibility for the management, execution, control and completion of specific projects and work streams. You will also ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and programme governance.
Ideally you will be adaptable and versatile and have proven experience in change management, including experience delivering projects within the finance industry. You will also have a proactive and disciplined approach to work in order to be able to inspire confidence with clients and your team.
Responsibilities will include:
Participating in the overall project planning, design, testing and implementation phases
Defining requirements and business needs of allocated project work streams and developing plans to deliver projects
Monitoring project progress for allocated project work streams and presenting oral and written reports of problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management
Working cross functionally within the change team to solve problems and implement changes
Identifying resources and skills required to meet project workstream deliverables
Experience and skills required:
Educated to Degree level and Prince2 Practitioner
Proven experience in change management and risk management, ideally within a financial services environment
Experience running with multiple projects and ideally with a team based globally
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Confident liaising with large project teams, executives and managing stakeholder expectations
