Joining the change management team as a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects designed to continuously improve the services provided. This is a great opportunity to work on a varied portfolio which contains a blend of regulatory, mandatory and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
Running projects from initiation through to implementation
Building strong partnerships with experts across the organisation
Managing both internal and external colleagues within small to large project teams
Championing change management across the group
Identifying, quantifying and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Ideally hold a degree or similar level professional qualification in project or change management, business administration, banking and finance, or economics would be an advantage but is not essential
Previous experience in the application of both Waterfall and Agile approaches to change delivery
Excellent presentation skills, both in the creation and delivery to a varied audience
Ability to work to deadlines and deliver projects within budget
