Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring project initiation activities are fully considered and documented for business stakeholders
Taking ownership for project requirements and prioritising project deadlines, advising on any project changes
Utilising staff interviews, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process reviews and business analysis
Actively monitoring project risks, identifying potential problems and proactively identifying solutions in advance
Providing updates to business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
Conducting post project implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved
Experience and skills required:
Strong inquisitive, analytical and organisational skills
Ability to elicit and interpret business needs and present these in a way which are easy to understand
An understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Lean Six Sigma and comfortable using SharePoint and Microsoft tools such as Visio
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of all levels of stakeholders and subject matter experts
