Are you looking for an opportunity to build a career within project management? Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to support the delivery of business transformation initiatives and projects across a multi-jurisdictional company.

As Project Coordinator you will be encouraged to take joint ownership of the delivery of change initiatives from start to finish, helping to document business requirements and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and in line with objectives.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboratively working with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop the overall business case

  • Utilising staff interviews, surveys, site visits and business analysis and workflow analysis

  • Documenting and managing project implementation plans, ensuring objectives are identified and reported on 

  • Actively monitoring project risks and proactively identifying solutions in advance 

  • Completing post-project implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved 

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills 

  • An understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate these in to clear requirements 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative

  • Proactive approach to tasks and see tasks through to the end 

  • Confident using Microsoft tools, including Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
