A vital role supporting the drive for IT and knowledge management systems to be implemented, to give the firm a competitive advantage, whilst ensuring client needs are met.
Working in conjunction with marketing and business development teams, you will manage and take the lead on mandatory professional development activity across the business and ensure fee earners knowledge of the IT and knowledge management systems and processes is up to date.

Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the preparation of internal and external practice notes and briefings, to ensure the business is kept up to date with legal and regulatory developments
Delivering precedents to suit all types of client needs/standards
Contributing to the assessment of fee earner participation and return on investment
Helping to develop and deliver training on legal and regulatory matters
Reviewing current procedures and practices, to improve and standardise the transaction process
Experience and skills required:
Qualified English Solicitor/English Barrister (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience, including experience in private practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good technical detail drafting skills
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
