A professional services firm is currently seeking a motivated and proactive PA to join their team to provide a quality support service to assigned Partners, Directors and members of the management team.
Using your organisational skills and disciplined approach to tasks, you will ensure all activities are organised and prioritised accordingly.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing calendars, ensuring documents have been prepared for meetings
Assisting with event management, including organising events and booking venues
Arranging signing of documents and securing e-signed documents one approved
Minute taking and transcribing recorded meetings as required
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Professional manner and proactive approach to tasks
Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
