Manage the product content and data quality teams within the commercial department of a talented and successful global retailer that continues to grow and innovate in their area of expertise every day, changing the way consumers experience their products online.
In this role, you will facilitate the timely and accurate launch of all new products, brands and promotions, ensuring all data is complete to setting up suppliers and pricing and focus on ways to improve productivity.

Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all assets are acquired from brands and third-party asset providers, in time to launch new products
Managing and motivating two separate teams with differing skill sets, providing coaching, mentoring and encouraging personal development
Carrying out quality checks on all websites and product pages
Ensuring quality checks are done on published products, promoting and achieving the highest standards
Directing and implementing SEO optimisation checks to ensure that content is regularly addressed to reflect current search trends
Reporting regularly on team performance and monitoring team workloads
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience of leading a team
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
IT literate, and ideally high skill levels in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
