Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, you will act as the primary day-to-day contact and support team members in delivering a range of private wealth administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of administrators, acting as a mentor and assisting in the training of staff

  • Administering more complex client engagements, working closely with the Director and Associate Director in the department 

  • Acting as a higher authority on day-to-day administration queries 

  • Identifying potential process and procedural improvements which would improve client experience  

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, ideally within private wealth administration services or family office 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proven track record of managing a team of administration staff 

  • Good technical professional services knowledge, including applicable statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements
