Drive forward new opportunities and manage key client relationships in this senior leadership role, within an independent growing fiduciary group.

As Private Client Director, you will lead business development activities with a focus on growth and revenue. You will manage and develop a varied portfolio of trust and corporate clients and assist with the implementation of strategic projects.

Acting as Director to an allocated portfolio of clients, you will ensure a high level of service is provided which is in line with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing trust and company administration for a portfolio of clients and coordinating company secretarial duties 

  • Building strong working relationships with new and existing clients 

  • Reviewing and submitting recommendations for improving the organisation’s operation, including reviewing profitability 

  • Organising the take-on and set-up of new clients 

  • Providing exemplary leadership skills through mentoring and coaching team members

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 15 years’ trust and company experience, including experience managing staff

  • Hold a level 4 professional trust qualification or educated to at least degree level or equivalent 

  • Complement ICSA Diploma, or similar 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Ability to manage and delegate multiple tasks
