In this sales-based role, you will promote products and services to current and prospective customers, and build strong working relationships with new and existing clients. You will also manage and monitor the performance of the personal lines team.

Responsibilities will include:
Setting sales and governance targets for the personal lines department
Actively liaising with clients and stakeholders
Evaluating and preparing quotes, renewals and policies
Assisting with queries
Identifying opportunities for new business and contacting prospective clients
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ insurance experience, including previous managerial experience
Hold a Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) qualification or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and confidently make decisions
Self-motivated and good organisational skills
