Contributing to the delivery of this company’s objectives you will provide a high quality service for customers in accordance with the customer service guidelines, strategy, philosophy and values of the business.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing effective business relationships internally and externally
Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and customers to maximise business performance
Supporting the Personal Insurance Manager in the achievement of business objectives
Experience and skills required:
Good academic background, including GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
Previous insurance experience would be ideal however not essential
Understanding of sales, cross-selling and negotiation to obtain and retain business
Previous experience operating in a busy, customer focused environment
