A newly created role within a dynamic and innovative asset management firm, providing key day to day support to the CEO.

This is a varied role, in a fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same. You will undertake a variety of duties, including diary management, documentation preparation, assisting with fundraising events and also providing support to other departments.

If you have previous Personal Assistant experience, strong organisational skills and are looking for a new opportunity with a modern and progressive employer, we would like to hear from you. Within this role, you will be required to work from home and be required to have access to transport for travel within the island.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing diaries, travel bookings and itineraries  

  • Organising and distributing documents ahead of meetings 

  • Assisting with personal requests and errands 

  • Liaising with HR and IT departments in regards toon-boarding and troubleshooting with IT

  • Assisting with events management coordination

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar assistant role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to multi-task in a co-ordinated manner 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Confident using Microsoft software packages
