Become an integral part of an independent, specialist litigation and dispute resolution practice, providing secretarial and administrative support to Partners and their legal team members.
Within this role, you will provide diary management support, prepare correspondence and produce documents.
Ideally, you will have previous PA or secretarial experience, strong organisational skills and a ‘can-do’ approach to tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing calendars and diaries
Booking travel arrangements and meetings
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Transcribing and proofreading documents
Acting as first point of contact for clients, responding to email and telephone queries
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PA or secretarial role
Previous experience working in a professional services firm
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible and proactive approach to tasks
