Contribute to the success of a leading private equity firm, providing support to the finance team based across Jersey and London, during this 9 month contract.

Using your previous PA experience, you will anticipate the team’s needs and take initiative to meet these wherever possible, maintaining a high level of discretion and ensuring total confidentiality on all matters at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the diaries for the team, including travel booking, preparing itineraries and arranging visas 

  • Coordinating meetings and booking rooms 

  • Preparing correspondence 

  • Assisting with telephone and email queries 

  • Accurately maintaining files 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, assisting senior management  

  • Proven experience managing relationships with high profile internal and external customers 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work flexibly 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong organisational skills
