Contribute to the success of a leading private equity firm, providing support to the finance team based across Jersey and London, during this 9 month contract.
Using your previous PA experience, you will anticipate the team’s needs and take initiative to meet these wherever possible, maintaining a high level of discretion and ensuring total confidentiality on all matters at all times.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing the diaries for the team, including travel booking, preparing itineraries and arranging visas
Coordinating meetings and booking rooms
Assisting with telephone and email queries
Accurately maintaining files
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role, assisting senior management
Proven experience managing relationships with high profile internal and external customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work flexibly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills
