Gain valuable experience working in a forward-thinking boutique alternative investment services provider, committed to attracting the best and brightest individuals, on a 9 month contract.

Within this role, you will support the completion of all payments-related tasks for a portfolio of client entities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboratively working to set up payments in various client internet banking programmes 

  • Contacting suppliers for additional payment information, as necessary

  • Regularly reconciling bank statements 

  • Releasing payments once set up and authorised

  • Filing the related paperwork once payments have been released 

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong academic background (GCSE and A level grades A* to B, or equivalent) 

  • Team player with a positive attitude 

  • Good communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
