Within this role you will support client facing teams, processing payments and ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. Previous office experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing payment instructions, including instructions for online banking systems
Understanding the different requirements for payments for high risk clients
Daily input of time on timesheet
Ensuring a quality service is provided at all times
Acting in accordance with company values
Experience and skills required:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Achieved grade C GCSE Maths and English
Previous payments experience using banking platforms would be an advantage, but is not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong commitment to client service and excellence
