A dynamic and fast-growing professional services company, is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual who has strong attention to detail to join their payments team.
This is a great opportunity for an individual to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and professional team. The Payments Administrator will work on a range of payment process matters providing administration, reconciliation, and operational service duties.
Responsibilities will include:
Inputting payments provided by administration teams and ensuring deadlines are met
Performing daily cash management tasks across several bank accounts
Reviewing current payment processes and recommending improvements
Investigating any reconciliation items within the payments process
Managing payment spreadsheets
Experience and skills required:
Ideally educated to at least A level standard or equivalent and willing to study towards a professional qualification
Previous office experience, ideally with exposure to payments and banking platforms
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident computer literacy skills
