A dynamic and fast-growing professional services company, is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual who has strong attention to detail to join their payments team.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and professional team. The Payments Administrator will work on a range of payment process matters providing administration, reconciliation, and operational service duties.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting payments provided by administration teams and ensuring deadlines are met

  • Performing daily cash management tasks across several bank accounts

  • Reviewing current payment processes and recommending improvements

  • Investigating any reconciliation items within the payments process

  • Managing payment spreadsheets

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally educated to at least A level standard or equivalent and willing to study towards a professional qualification

  • Previous office experience, ideally with exposure to payments and banking platforms

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Confident computer literacy skills
