A dynamic and fast-growing professional services company is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual who has strong attention to detail to join their payments team.
This is a great opportunity for an individual to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and professional team. The Payments Administrator will work on a range of payment process matters providing administration, reconciliation and operational service duties.
Responsibilities will include:
Inputting payments provided by administration teams and ensuring deadlines are met
Daily cash management tasks across a number of bank accounts
Reviewing current payment processes and recommending improvements
Investigating any reconciliation items within the payments process
Managing payment spreadsheets
Experience and skills required:
Ideally educated to at least A level standard or equivalent
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident computer literacy skills
Ability to work independently using own initiative
