In addition to overseeing the operations team, you will have the opportunity to get involved within a number of interesting and varied ad-hoc projects. You will also help to identify and resolve any gaps in the operating platforms used.

Responsibilities will include:
Carrying out 1:1s and performance appraisals for team members
Coordinating all premises or facilities related projects
Assisting with queries and acting as the main point of contact for suppliers
Managing internal business processes and supporting procedural writing
Identifying opportunities for streamlining and working to devise optimal IT solutions
Experience and skills required:
Excellent understanding of operational functions, projects and systems in professional services environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to write procedures and performance measurement reports
