Play a key role in the continued success of a local business, managing the day-to-day operations of the stores across the island.

Within this role, you will review performance, oversee the maintenance of the stores, have people management responsibilities and assist with marketing campaigns.

This would be a great opportunity for an individual with previous retail or hospitality experience looking for a new role, or an enthusiastic individual with previous people management experience looking for a new challenge. Flexible working can be considered.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the annual budget and reviewing performance​

  • Leading on HR matters, with support ​from consultants and directors

  • Reviewing customer satisfaction​

  • Managing​ ongoing maintenance work across stores

  • Coordinating the marketing strategy and acting as the local lead for delivering visual merchandising and marketing projects

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally have previous retail or hospitality experience ​

  • ​Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous people management experience would be an advantage​

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills​
