This is a key role where you will enjoy working closely with the Head of Projects and Operations, assisting with the day to day coordination and management of business operational activities.

Responsibilities will include:
Setting up and maintaining user access to business applications and banking platforms
Collaborating with other members of the operations and technical transformation teams
Coordinating and managing project tasks to ensure project delivery with allotted budgets and timelines
Organising and attending monthly client-facing manager meetings
Working closely with the compliance department and other business areas to assist with the collation of internal CDD/KYC and reporting data
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in business support/operations/trust/wealth management
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
