Assisting the Operations Manager, you will support the day to day running of non-client related tasks and services. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference as part of a small, dedicated and professional team.

Responsibilities will include:
Installing and maintaining hardware and software
Supporting peers with IT/systems queries and dealing with escalated issues
Setting up new users on systems and telephones
Updating and maintaining user guides and delivering training
Supporting or leading internal operational projects
Experience and skills required:
Ideally hold at least 2 years’ experience within financial services, including a good understanding of the operations function, projects and systems
Educated to minimum A level standard, or equivalent
Willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Ability to work well within a team
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently using own initiative
