Join the operations team and play a key role in the success of a global professional services business where everyone is valued and supported to reach their full potential.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help to identify and implement process updates to improve internal business operations processes. You will also undertake reporting on key performance indicators and data analytics that drive performance of each service line in the fiduciary business
Ideally, you will be an analytical thinker, have a proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work within a team and also independently using own initiative
Responsibilities will include:
Collaboratively working on the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
Helping to gather, identify and analyse business requirements
Developing business processes and data analysis techniques
Supporting the roll out of any system changes and managing the client servicing portal
Identifying potential process improvements to improve client experience
Experience and skills required:
Experience using ViewPoint or a similar entity administration system
Ability to build and manage strong working relationships
Excellent organisational skills
Good attention to detail and business analysis skills
SQL and HTML5 code experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
