Contribute towards the successful operation of a forward-thinking company, by identifying and assessing potential operational risks the business is exposed to and ensuring the risk monitoring framework is being followed.
As Risk Controls Officer you will assist with the implementation and maintenance of a risk monitoring framework. You will also ensure the business is made aware of identified potential risks and staff are provided with training.

Responsibilities will include:
Identifying and assessing operational risks and controls
Ensuring processes and procedures are kept up to date
Performing control plans, analysing the results and compiling action plans
Recording incidents and implementing action plans
Preparing operational risk reports and providing training
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a custody, corporate trustee or banking role
Knowledge of operational risk procedures and governance
A professional risk management qualification
Excellent organisational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
