A leading private equity specialist is currently seeking a proactive and motivated Onboarding Manager to support their team for 6 months, with a view to extending.
Within this role you will act as chief liaison for the department on various strategic technology implementations and oversee the onboarding of all new joiners and funds on to the systems, ensuring effective coordination between operational teams.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the system onboarding and off-boarding of all new joiners and leavers to the fund services team
Working with the relevant Associate Directors to support the new joiners integration into the relevant teams
Collaboratively working with the operational teams to ensure efficient onboarding of new funds and investors and off-boarding/liquidation of entities
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures at all times
Building strong working relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Holds a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICSA or a relevant IT qualification
Good understanding of fund structures
Previous experience implementing operational efficiencies
Confident using Microsoft excel
