You will also be responsible for performing regular periodic reviews based on a client’s risk profile, ensuring all client and investor static data is captured, recorded and accurate in all core platforms used by the business.
Responsibilities will include:
Building strong working relationships with clients, relationship managers and their teams
Acting as a point of reference in the business for any queries relating to onboarding process and AML/CFT requirements
Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes
Maintaining various compliance registers
Performing regular reviews and ensuring client data is accurately maintained
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ AML/CDD onboarding experience
Working knowledge of private equity/real estate fund structures
Hold a relevant professional qualification ideally within ICA or AML
Strong commitment to client service excellence
Proactive and disciplined approach to tasks
