This is a rewarding career opportunity to be part of an inclusive and supportive culture, having responsibility for the onboarding and data management of the client/investor lifecycle.

You will also be responsible for performing regular periodic reviews based on a client’s risk profile, ensuring all client and investor static data is captured, recorded and accurate in all core platforms used by the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong working relationships with clients, relationship managers and their teams 

  • Acting as a point of reference in the business for any queries relating to onboarding process and AML/CFT requirements 

  • Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes  

  • Maintaining various compliance registers

  • Performing regular reviews and ensuring client data is accurately maintained 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ AML/CDD onboarding experience 

  • Working knowledge of private equity/real estate fund structures 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification ideally within ICA or AML

  • Strong commitment to client service excellence 

  • Proactive and disciplined approach to tasks
