Being part of a dynamic and collaborative custody solutions team, you will assist with the new product approval process, uploading new accounts being accepted onto the platform and updating any changes to client structures.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing standardised custody fee tariffs
Escalating requests for non-standard fee tariffs to Senior Management
Monitoring and clearing product account opening exemptions
Creating new custody account client files and preparing new documentation and workbooks
Updating new business/control logs for all new custody business
Experience and skills required:
Previous client service/administration experience
Knowledge of KYC/CDD procedures would be an advantage
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft office products such as excel, work and outlook
