Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining the integrity of cash books and online files for various jurisdictions
Performing bank account reconciliations in accordance with jurisdictional law
Assisting with queries
Processing invoices and recording credit card receipts
Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and controls across entities
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Elite and Aderant
High levels of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
