Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the integrity of cash books and online files for various jurisdictions 

  • Performing bank account reconciliations in accordance with jurisdictional law 

  • Assisting with queries 

  • Processing invoices and recording credit card receipts 

  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and controls across entities

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role 

  • Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Elite and Aderant 

  • High levels of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude 

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
