Building upon your existing office experience, you will assist with all client administration matters and provide support to the Senior and Trust Administrators.
Ideally you will have a proactive approach to tasks and strong organisational skills, in order to prioritise your day in this fast-paced role.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the preparation of payments
Supporting the client facing teams with administration during busy transactional periods
Setting up new company files and accurately maintaining information
Onboarding new clients and administering company incorporations
Providing reception cover, as required
Assisting with client-relating projects
Experience and skills required:
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
Confident Microsoft Office user
