Joining the new business and onboarding team, you will assist with the delivery of a high quality service to stakeholders, providing assistance with the onboarding of new clients.

Working in an inclusive and diverse environment, you will also be able to access various opportunities across the company’s service lines and international network of offices.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively liaising with and providing administrative support to the new business and onboarding team 

  • Monitoring and providing updates in relation to the onboarding process

  • Attending relevant meetings and taking notes 

  • Building strong working relationships 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role 

  • A background in administration within the financial services industry 

  • Willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
