Responsibilities will include:
Providing assistance for the set up and handover of all new business to Administrators
Communicating with internal and external parties, responding to queries, requests and instructions
Contributing where required to the trust business and management objectives as a member of the private client team
Working closely with Relationship Managers to provide high quality service to clients
Experience and skills required:
Hold a table 5 qualification
Awareness of commercial and fiduciary risk considerations
General practical knowledge and understanding of trust deeds and associated legal documents
Good understanding of corporate secretarial responsibilities and duties
Knowledge of relevant trust and company law and fiduciary principles legislation and regulatory requirements
