As New Business Administrator, you will provide a professional and efficient support service, reviewing and administering new business applications.

 Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the New Business Director and Client Directors to respond to new business enquiries 

  • Arranging and coordinating New Business Committee Meetings, taking minutes and tracking action points through to completion

  • Liaising with clients and their advisors in relation to the gathering of due diligence, ensuring AML and CFT obligations have been met 

  • Creating and accurately maintaining client records 

  • Preparing documentation, including fee proposals, management service agreements and research 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role 

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good attention to detail
