Join a market leading and growing fiduciary business, where you will support and develop one of the of the business’s core application, NAVOne.

As NAVOne Specialist you will work closely with colleagues from across the globe, supporting business development initiatives, upgrading and developing the application whilst providing user guidance and support throughout the organisation.

Working in a value-driven environment, this innovative organisation also positively impacts local communities that are directly and indirectly engaged with the business through, its positive corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with colleagues across the business to ensure that the organisation is making best use of all capabilities of the NAVOne platform

  • Supporting all business operations on the platform including practice and client accounting, client operations and banking and payments

  • Leading and supporting all technical operations of the platform including system testing, patches and upgrades

  • Implementing, maintaining and supporting the NAVOne integrations with the business’s other applications

  • Developing and implementing core standard business processes across all jurisdictions

Experience and skills required:

  • Knowledge and in depth experience of working with the NAVOne financial management system is essential

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of working with TrustQuay NAVOne in a similar financial services environment

  • Awareness of cross-jurisdictional fiduciary business

  • Strong business analyst skills to include system and data analysis, data management, data migration, reporting, planning and business intelligence

  • Microsoft SQL skills would be an advantage
