Join a growing fiduciary business where you will support and develop one of the core applications, NAVOne.
You will be the prime source of NavOne expertise and will work closely with colleagues from across the globe, supporting business development initiatives, upgrading and developing the application whilst providing user guidance and support throughout the organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
Working with colleagues across the business to ensure that the organisation is making best use of all capabilities of the NAVOne platform
Supporting all business operations on the platform including practice and client accounting, client operations and banking and payments
Leading and supporting all technical operations of the platform including system testing, patches and upgrades
Implementing, maintaining and supporting the NAVOne integrations with the business’s other applications
Developing and implementing core standard business processes across all jurisdictions
Experience and skills required:
Knowledge and in depth experience of working with the NAVOne financial management system is essential
Awareness of cross-jurisdictional fiduciary business
Strong business analyst skills to include system and data analysis, data management, data migration, reporting, planning and business intelligence
Microsoft SQL skills would be an advantage
