Move your career forward with a dynamic and innovative business, supporting the Head of M&A, you will be responsible for identifying potential mergers and acquisition opportunities and executing the transactions.
You will provide broad support to the team during the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) process, with a focus on conducting analysis of targets, competitor research and providing project management support.

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with mergers and acquisition filings
Conducting analysis on potential targets, using a range of financial/web-based tools to provide recommendations
Managing and executing live deals, including liaising with relevant third parties
Drafting investment appraisal/valuation documents
Undertaking market mapping, tracking the latest valuation trends in the market and carrying out competitor analysis
Experience and skills required:
Hold a professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
Previous corporate finance/M&A experience
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically
Excellent numerical skills, especially financial analysis
