An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join the global marketing team in a highly regarded professional services firm.
Within this role, you will support the preparation, implementation and adoption of a new client relationship management (CRM) system, acting as the primary contact for system queries and helping to build engagement of the new platform across the firm.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing support during the preparation, implementation and adoption of a new CRM platform
Acting as the primary contact for the queries regarding the new platform and promoting engagement across teams
Assisting with the preparation of data migration
Carrying out research on clients and prospective clients
Providing support with day to day eMarketing activity, including preparing email marketing campaigns in the firm’s digital marketing platform
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience using a client relationship management or eMail marketing tool would be an advantage, but is not essential
Good understanding of how data can be used in business development and marketing related activities
Pro-active and service-orientated approach to tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage and prioritise time tasks
