An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join the global marketing team in a highly regarded professional services firm.

Within this role, you will support the preparation, implementation and adoption of a new client relationship management (CRM) system, acting as the primary contact for system queries and helping to build engagement of the new platform across the firm.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support during the preparation, implementation and adoption of a new CRM platform

  • Acting as the primary contact for the queries regarding the new platform and promoting engagement across teams

  • Assisting with the preparation of data migration

  • Carrying out research on clients and prospective clients

  • Providing support with day to day eMarketing activity, including preparing email marketing campaigns in the firm’s digital marketing platform

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience using a client relationship management or eMail marketing tool would be an advantage, but is not essential

  • Good understanding of how data can be used in business development and marketing related activities

  • Pro-active and service-orientated approach to tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritise time tasks
