As Manager you will monitor and report on the performance of all new and existing banking, deposit and lending products. You will also play a key role in ensuring this company’s market-leading position is retained.

Responsibilities will include:
Providing input to and deploying the annual product strategy, preparing budgets and managing budget performance
Assisting with new product launches, including pricing strategies and marketing campaigns
Reviewing existing products to ensure quality is maintained and reporting on performance against targets
Keeping up to date with customer market trends and recommending improvements
Acting as a key contact regarding banking products and assisting with queries from colleagues
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years marketing experience within a banking environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
Excellent research skills and attention to detail
Ideally hold a degree in marketing or business studies
