An exciting and newly created role for a creative marketing professional where you will have responsibility for the overall presentation of this leading commercial company’s brand, coordinating a comprehensive marketing proposition to shape their future digital marketing strategy.
This is a new and ‘hands-on’ opportunity for someone to grow and develop within this role, delivering a customer marketing proposition designed to drive sales, brand awareness and customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities will include:
Planning and implementing an annual marketing plan which directly supports the company’s business plans
Delivering all marketing activity within agreed budgets
Maintaining and developing excellent relationships with suppliers, media, customers and colleagues
Managing internal communications
Conducting customer surveys to measure and identify areas of improvement
Maintaining and developing the company’s brand, ensuring a consistent message and tone through all marketing materials and social media
Experience and skills required:
Previous marketing and graphic design experience, ideally within retail
Holds a relevant professional qualification such as CIM or digital marketing degree or equivalent
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, Wordpress(or similar) and SEO
Good people management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
