As Marketing Executive, you will work collaboratively across the business with marketing and HR teams to create and drive the digital recruitment marketing, social media and PR strategies. You will also help to develop and build the company’s brand, with the aim of becoming an employer of choice on the island.

Responsibilities will include:
Conducting research on recruitment campaigns and measuring uptake, to reveal the optimal content and campaign method
Creating digital recruitment campaigns designed to attract and retain staff
Reviewing digital platforms and measuring up benefits and costs of different methods
Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, in line with objectives and brand guidelines
Building strong working relationships with service providers
Keeping up to date with global trends in digital marketing
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing marketing campaigns, including experience in delivering social and digital campaigns
Ideally hold a marketing degree or a relevant professional qualification
Creative and proactive approach to tasks
Excellent project management skills
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
