Be at the heart of a dynamic, international and growth-orientated company, acting as a bridge between marketing, HR and the Jersey office, to develop initiatives which raise the profile of the company in the community.
Reporting into the Regional Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility for all on-island activity including advertising, sponsorship, local events, CSR and local social media. You will be the independent Jersey contact working to raise the company’s profile within the community and creating local initiatives using the global brand guidelines.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, where you will identify opportunities to partner as a business and also get involved with local industry events. You will also help to analyse competitors, whilst being supported to achieve your ambitions.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the company’s social media accounts and updating the intranet
Collaboratively working with charities to ensure the group is an active CSR partner
Managing the local budget for campaigns
Creating campaigns to promote the group as an employer of choice
Working with the Managing Director to produce and maintain a calendar of Island activity to promote the company’s profile
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within a professional services organisation
Strong presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who is able to work with a remote team
Proactive approach to tasks
