Responsibilities will include:
Creating and managing communications and content strategies to drive brand awareness
Collaboratively working with the marketing and people teams to design campaigns to attract talent
Working with business development teams to generate new business leads and create pitch materials
Supporting the senior management team with key internal and external communications, such as business acquisitions, employee communications and key stakeholder updates
Working with PR agencies to create and deliver effective PR strategies to raise company profile in target international markets
Experience and skills required:
Previous communications and marketing experience
Proactive approach to tasks and ability to adapt quickly
Ability to draft engaging and impactful communications
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to identify, create and drive communication and marketing opportunities
