Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing communications and content strategies to drive brand awareness

  • Collaboratively working with the marketing and people teams to design campaigns to attract talent

  • Working with business development teams to generate new business leads and create pitch materials

  • Supporting the senior management team with key internal and external communications, such as business acquisitions, employee communications and key stakeholder updates

  • Working with PR agencies to create and deliver effective PR strategies to raise company profile in target international markets

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous communications and marketing experience

  • Proactive approach to tasks and ability to adapt quickly

  • Ability to draft engaging and impactful communications

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Ability to identify, create and drive communication and marketing opportunities
